Our Instructors

Mitra Boloix

Mitra is the owner of Private Pilates and has been teaching for 13 years. Born and raised in Vienna Austria, a former classical ballet dancer Mitra was introduced to pilates as an incredible method to prevent and repair injuries. She continued to teach ballet in Europe and the US until transitioning to Pilates. She was certified in 2005 by Romana’s Pilates Master Teacher Dorothee VandeWalle at Metropolitan Pilates in Seattle. Since she is also a seven year veteran ski instructor for the Sun Valley Ski School, Mitra knows everything and anything about ski related injuries, and has almost literally built a business on how to repair them.
