The unique spring loaded apparatus provides constant resistance which allows the body to elongate and engage the core muscles with every exercise. The movements help create opposition in the body which allows you to lengthen, strengthen, stabilize, and have more control. Each exercise builds on the previous one, creating a dynamic and engaging workout that challenges and energizes participants of all ages, levels, and body types.
